Welcome to BG Remover Pro! Removing the background from your image is a simple 3-step process.

Step 1: Upload Your Image

On the homepage, you will see an upload box. You can either drag and drop your image file directly into this box or click the "Choose a File" button to select an image from your computer. We support JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats.

Step 2: Automatic Processing

As soon as you upload an image, our AI gets to work automatically. You don't need to do anything! The processing usually takes just 3-5 seconds. You will see a progress bar indicating that our AI is analyzing and removing the background.

Step 3: Download Your Result

Once the processing is complete, you will be shown a preview of your original image and the result with a transparent background. Simply click the "Download PNG" button to save the new image to your device. It's that easy!

The upload is not working.

Please ensure your image is in a supported format (JPG, PNG) and is under our 10MB file size limit. Also, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

The result is not perfect.

Our AI is highly accurate, but results can vary based on the original image quality. For best results, use a clear image where the subject has well-defined edges and good contrast with the background. Blurry or low-resolution images may produce less accurate cutouts.

The download button isn't working.

This can sometimes be caused by browser extensions (like ad-blockers) that interfere with file downloads. Try temporarily disabling your extensions and clicking the download button again. If that doesn't work, please contact our support team.
